This workshop provides the tools and techniques to create a coaching and mentoring working environment.
MAJOR COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course is designed to enable participants to:
- Discuss the need for effective coaching
- Create an open environment that fosters peak performance
- Share successful, coaching techniques
- Confront poor performance
- Influence others
- Participate in Learning Styles Inventory and analyze the results
- Handle negotiating opportunities through role-plays
- Assist employees in creating a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
