Effective Communications is essential for project managers who spend over 90% of their time communicating. This workshop concentrates on various aspects of the communication process. It provides participants effective strategies for improving their communication skills by practicing skills that are critical for enhancing teamwork and productivity.

  • Determine one’s communication style using Communication Styles Inventory
  • Learn when best to use each communication style
  • Diagnose problems in communications by participating in team-based communication exercises
  • Develop listening skills to enhance teamwork and productivity
  • Understand the importance of nonverbal signals
  • Recognize barriers to listening
